Refresher lessons
If you have not driven very much since your driving test, or been driving an automatic for a number of years then it might be a good idea to consider some refresher lessons to help you to drive saftly on our ever busy roads. Contact us here at Kingsdriving to discuss your needs, we'll be happy to help.
Building confidence in your own car
When you get your first car it is bound to feel very different from the car that you have been taught in. The best thing is to take the car somewhere quiet and practise with some clutch control exercises to get the feel of the controls. Then spend some time going around the junctions building up to more complex situations. Don't over stretch yourself the first time out, but keep it simple.
It maybe helpful to have someone accompany you
for the first time, and if you are very unsure about it then ask your ADI to accompany you.
