Car Park Lessons
If at the end of your course of driving lessons you are not confident to park your car in car parks, or you have been driving for some time and never have gained that confidence, then your ADI will be glad to spend some time with you helping you gain that experience. It maybe that you will have done some car parking during normal lessons, but in some instances the subject may not have been covered very well through time restrictions. If you find this to be the case don't hesitate to ask.

Building confidence in your own car
When you get your first car it is bound to feel very different from the car that you have been taught in. The best thing is to take the car somewhere quiet and practise with some clutch control exercises to get the feel of the controls. Then spend some time going around the junctions building up to more complex situations. Don't over stretch yourself the first time out, but keep it simple.
It maybe helpful to have someone accompany you for the first time, and if you are very unsure about it then ask your ADI to accompany you.
