By creating an account at DIPOD, you will be able to add your comments and thoughts to the pages that contain the shows. The show pages are the only ones where you will be able to leave comments, and is an open forum for your messages.

The rss link is the route to the file that tells your podcatching device what shows are available and also contains all the information it needs to link to the file along with details about the show.
You can copy and paste this link into your podcatcher or reader (such as google reader).
